Football Association Wales CICStART

On Tuesday 4th March 2025, the Football Association of Wales launched their school CicStart Programme at Lliswerry Primary School. The event was attended by Lynne Neagle MS, Cllr Dimitri Batrouni, Cllr Deborah Davies and representatives from Youth Sports Wales, FAW, Disability Sport Wales, County in the Community, Newport Live, Urdd Sports, Lliswerry Lizards, Sports Wales, Swansea Foundation and local schools. 

Throughout the morning pupils from Years 5 and 6 took part in a range of activities. The visitors commented on the excellent behaviour as well as some impressive skills, demonstrated by our pupils.
